Brits Hospital encourages healthy living

In a bid to promote a healthy lifestyle among communities it serves, management at Brits Hospital has established a social mobilisation team that will lead the health campaign until the end of this month.
February has been set aside as the healthy lifestyle month in terms of the national health calendar.
Head of the social mobilisation team, Kedibone Sopeng, said that the campaign seeks to highlight the importance of changing bad or risky behaviour towards a better health for all within the Madibeng catchment area.
"This campaign forms part of the build-up activities planned towards the provincial STI/condom , pregnancy and healthy lifestyle event that will be led by health MEC Magome Masike at Marikana, near Rustenburg, next week," she said...read the full article
