
US celebs lap up SA bracelets

Bracelets made by rural South African women have become a hot accessory for celebrities, including singer Usher and actresses Drew Barrymore and Rosario Dawson.
The Do Ubuntu Orphan Bracelets, made from copper, brass, recycled rubber and aluminium wire,, are produced by women affected by HIV/Aids.
The bracelets have hit the shelves of upscale US department store Bloomingdale's and retail for $15.
