Tweeling youth centre is ‘unique in many ways’

Minister of Social Development Bathabile Dlamini will today open a youth development centre in Tweeling near Frankfort.
This is being done to help the youth in the remote area to gain information about training, study, government service and employment opportunities.
The Tweeling community's youth population stands at about 1700 and the majority arte unemployed. Most people in the area depend on social grants and only a few have professional jobs.
Apart from providing information on other issues such as HIV and Aids, teen pregnancy and crime busting, the centre is meant to keep the local youth bust with meaningful activities...read the full article
